滕哈赫：我的生涯已经证明了我总是会赢，过去6年我拿了8座奖杯！

提问：你认为你、球员和团队需要多长时间才能把事情做好？

滕哈赫：很长一段时间以来，曼联都处于转型期。从我来到球队那刻起我们就知道必须做出改变。我们必须更换一些老球员，引进新球员。我们的选择是引进年轻球员。你知道这需要时间传达信息、建立比赛的模式，引进新的文化。这都需要时间。

与此同时，你必须要赢球。我认为我们在过去两年已经证明了这点，我们赢了。在我的职业生涯中，我已经证明了我总是会赢，过去6年，我获得了8座奖杯。（I've proven in my career that always I will win. The last six years I have eight trophies.）

我们必须贯彻比赛模式，打造一支更强大的球队。就像我们现在这样，我们必须努力解决我们的问题，并给出解决方案。我们的球员们潜力都很棒，所以一旦融入球队，我们就会全力以赴，我相信我们会实现本赛季所定的目标。
